soft beds silent room amazing food

I found the beds are large. They are also soft. The rooms were silent. Food was amazing and I loved lunch and dinner.

The lobby bar served cocktails I thought were a little ridiculous.

the food was varied and delicious it met my expectations for quality and selection

my room had an issue the air conditioning was not working i found the temperature to be uncomfortably high the staff seemed to lack sufficient english skills to address the problem efficiently this complicated communication and delayed resolution

spacious balcony direct beach access breakfast variety

This hotel is very nice! my room was so spacious and had a great balcony. i loved the direct access to the beach. It made beach days super easy. breakfast offered so much variety and fresh options, a total win to start the day!

the evening entertainment ended a bit early for my taste, and i found myself wanting a bit more late night fun.

the room had two separate sinks, a nice feature for couples. the rainfall shower was amazing, and the provided toiletries smelled really good. i noticed great soundproofing, so it was peaceful.

the breakfast had a good variety of options.

The air conditioning in my room did not work. The room was unbearably hot. many staff members only spoke spanish or german, and , made it hard to resolve issues (i was quite annoyed). the rude remarks of other guests.
